"III As to share (or slaves?), where there are several co-heirs

  • General Rule
    • If related in equal degree—take per capita or by persons equallt S. 3.
  • In in unequal degree
    • Nearest take per capita remote [?] per [?], i.e.; the shares of their deceased ancestors being the degree of the nearest Lee Davis vs. Rowe [?]
  • Particular Cases
    • Half blood to take half portions etc.
    • [?] applies to all advancement real and personal S. 15
  • General Principles
    • Alienage no bar S. 4.
    • Bastardy
      • Bastards may inherit etc. on mothers
      • Not Bastards
        • If parent afterwards marry & acknowledge
