I. What is included under the name of chattels

Being such things as may attend the person or owner and he carried with him from place to place

III. The property in chattels; wherein consider

  • When the right and the occupation is sole and exclusive, as in the case of money, slaves, vegetables severed, inanimate things, movable, and all animals naturae domitiae (tame) with their offspring [illegible]
